What you do here
Use “Add record“ to log an event: title and date are required, then pick a category (Safety, Maintenance or Incident), a severity and write the details into the “Note“ field. Update an existing record via “Edit“ or drag it between “Open“ and “Closed“ on the board.
Status, board & calendar
The status shows whether an event is still “Open“ or already “Closed“. On the board records are grouped by status; in the list they are searchable and filterable by category, severity or status. The calendar shows every event on its date.
Tips
Creating and editing is reserved for admins and dispatchers; drivers may report their own incidents and see their own events. Who recorded an entry is shown in the detail view under “Recorded by“ – this is set automatically. Use severity to highlight critical incidents.
