Fits together — no project

Ready-made products, one kit

Each product is a ready-made bundle. In the configurator you keep building on it.

Two colleagues look at figures together on a laptop.

Available

Dashboards from your data — for your own business or as a service for your customers.

Why a kit

You buy an ERP as one block — everything at once.

Yet it is really many parts.

You pay for all of it. You touch little.

With the kit you take only what your business needs today.

How you get your system

Put together what your business needs.

Industry, size, modules. The configurator checks that everything fits — nothing is generated.

Then we talk it through for half an hour.

Your configuration is already on the table. What you really need and what it costs, we settle there.

Then your own instance is running.

Your own database in the EU, your address, your logo. We set it up and hand it over.

Questions before the call

Why can't I buy directly?

Because every system is its own instance with its own database. In half an hour we work out which size and which modules really fit — and set up exactly that, instead of selling a package you have to rebuild.

What does it cost?

That depends on size, modules and how it is run. You get the price for your configuration on the call and afterwards in writing as a quote. Rented monthly, no annual contract.

Who owns my data?

You do. Every customer gets a separate database in the EU, operations are GDPR-compliant, and you can export your data yourself at any time.

Do I have to retype my existing data?

No. You import CSV or Excel yourself. Larger migrations we take on if you want.

Who will I talk to?

The developer. Usable is a project of Balane GmbH in Munich and is sold by the people who build it.

What if a module is missing?

Say so on the call. If a building block is missing we build it — and then maintain it for everyone else who needs it too.

Is this a builder where I click forms together myself?

No. The modules are developed and tested. You choose and adjust fields, roles and branding; the code behind it stays reviewed.
