What you do here
Use „New order“ to capture title, the affected equipment, kind (service, repair, inspection), priority, scheduled date and assign the order to a technician. On the board you drag cards between Open, In progress and Done – the status saves instantly. „Complete“ marks the order done and records the completion time.
Tips
The „Overdue“ tab shows all orders whose scheduled date has passed and that are not yet done. Assigned technicians may advance the status of their own orders even without full management rights. Use the filters to quickly find open repairs or a person's orders.
