What you do here
You describe the work, set a deadline and publish. Per tender you decide whether only invited companies see it or whether it is publicly readable. Bidders ask questions and you answer — every bidder sees the answer, so nobody gets an edge. After the deadline you review the bids and award the contract.
Bids stay sealed until the deadline
Before the deadline you only see how many bids have arrived, not what is in them. That is deliberate: knowing the prices while bidding is still open turns a tender into a negotiation. After the deadline everything is visible.
German remains binding
If a tender is translated, the translation is a reading aid — the German version remains binding. It governs deadline, scope and award criteria. If you change anything after publishing, record the change; a silently altered tender is not fair to bidders.
